Arizona Association for the Education of Young Children

Framework

Location: Arizona

Child care associations promote the education and well-being of children, families, and child care providers.

The Arizona Association for the Education of Young Children (AzAEYC) works to ensure that all children in Arizona are educated in a society devoted to helping them achieve their full potential. AzAEYC achieves their goals by endorsing the highest quality early learning for children from birth to eight years of age. High-quality learning is achieved by implementing practice, policy, and research to the field of early education professionals.

AzAEYC provides high standards for all professionals, these standards are met through trainings, compensation, and working conditions. AzAEYC believes that by empowering educators through professional standards with adequate trainings, early childhood educators will not only stay in the field of early education, they will grow and improve their methods.
