HiMama is looking for a self-driven analytical creative thinker to join our close-knit marketing team to own our Product Marketing. In this role you will be working closely with sales, customer success, and product to oversee the successful adoption of HiMama.
Your key objectives will be bringing HiMama to market and driving adoption through providing sales with the knowledge and tools to be successful, working with the product team to manage the communication and rollout of product releases, working with Customer Success on positioning for customer marketing, and be the voice of the customer within HiMama.
As the product expert on the marketing team, you’ll be responsible for defining our market position within the context of our overall product strategy and then executing that strategy throughout the organization. This includes conducting competitor analysis, creating sales enablement materials, market research, and creating a tight relationship with the sales and customer success teams to inform our strategic positioning to our customers, prospects, and influencers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Reporting to the marketing team, your goal will be to oversee the successful adoption of HiMama by working closely with sales, customer success, and product.
You will own the strategic positioning of HiMama within the market and will be working with of the marketing team, and other stakeholders to execute that strategy
You will become “the expert” on our market. You’ll lead the execution of market research and glean nuanced market insights that will help inform our roadmaps and hone our messaging, pricing, and more.
You’ll get to know our products inside out. You will deeply understand how HiMama uniquely addresses customer needs, making it your main goal to express that value in compelling messaging and positioning for external and internal audiences.
You’ll learn the competitive landscape and products inside-out so that you can effectively position our products in the market as well as arm customer-facing teams with that knowledge
You’ll be the go-to person for messaging around our products and value proposition.
You’ll drive enablement efforts that will arm sales teams with the collateral, tools and training they need to increase demand and accelerate pipeline.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
6+ years experience in marketing, product marketing, brand management or related field with 2+ years in product marketing
You are forward-thinking: you have a constant pulse on the market and can effectively and proactively communicate so that HiMama can capitalize on those trends
You are excited by owning revenue targets related to your product and always have your eyes on how things are performing (and are obsessed with how we can improve)
You play well with others: you are at ease working with Product, Sales and Customer Success stakeholders on a regular basis both to keep an ear to the ground and to position our products effectively
You are a strong communicator: you are a brilliant writer and presenter, and can easily tailor your communication style and content to the audience
You are hungry to learn and contribute: you bring an “always learning” growth mindset to the Marketing team and to your work
You have strong analytical skills: you know how to research and develop a deep understanding of HiMama market segments, their challenges, and how our products uniquely address their needs. You also can effectively validate product-market fit for new product concepts.
