HiMama is looking to hire a creative, passionate, and talented designer to own all visual assets for the HiMama brand including our website, content collateral, advertising creative, and more. In this role, you will own the visual identity of the HiMama brand and play a key role in the redesign of our website and branding.
Your key objectives will be to develop and execute HiMama’s visual brand including our website, marketing creative, and sales collateral. A successful candidate will have experience in website design, a passion for UI/UX, an understanding of how to design for conversion optimization and experience in marketing asset design.
As the creative expert on the marketing team, you’ll be working with a close-knit group of people who like to get stuff done and have fun doing it. As a fast-growing early-stage startup, we’re looking for someone that is comfortable balancing multiple projects at a time, is excited by wearing many hats and that is energized by achieving and exceeding targets.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Your goal will be to design and implement the visual brand strategy for HiMama.
Strategy - work with key stakeholders within HiMama to set the what and they why behind our visual brand identity and strategy
Execution - transform our brand identity into reality by setting our brand guidelines, and building out creative assets for use across the company
Website Redesign - you will be responsible for designing our new website and working with our front end developer to bring your designs to life.
Marketing Assets - working with Demand Generation team on putting together landing pages, banner ads, and developing the creative behind our marketing campaigns
Sales Content - working with Product Marketing you’ll create beautiful sales content for our sales team to use when selling to our prospects
Content Marketing - working with our Content Marketing team you’ll bring our content to life in creating e-books, guides, and setting design guidelines for our creative assets
UI/UX Optimization - you’ll design and implement tests within our website to optimize for conversion and the user journey
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You have a creative vision and you can translate that vision into action
You love to tell a story through design and are able to work with multiple stakeholders to take a project from concept to execution
You’re excited to own a brand’s visual identity and be the internal leader for how that brand is communicated
You not only like to design things that look awesome but are UI/UX conscious as well and love to pour over user data to improve your designs
You thrive in an environment that is fast paced with multiple projects and deadlines
You have experience working in a marketing team and have designed web assets, landing pages, emails, banners, etc.
You’re on top of the latest trends in digital design
3+ years experience in a design related role
Experience working in a high-performance company or team.
