Through laughter and movement, Ron taught us how to prevent and relieve pain, 3 new ways to breathe in various situations, and how we can find more joy in our day-to-day lives! This webinar helped us calm and ease our minds and bodies as we head into the New Year and taught us fun new stretches to bring into our centers and classrooms!
