Why are We Doing This?
Whether you’re teaching or running the business, childcare workers do a ton of work behind the scenes for their children and families. Working with our youngest children is hard work, and many still have misconceptions about how much research, studying, planning and physical work goes into childcare.
A lot of our team at HiMama were early educators themselves and had mentioned how much time goes into planning for their new school year. We wanted to celebrate all their hard work – and as such this quiz was born!
