Child care associations promote the education and well-being of children, families, and child care providers.
The Tennessee Family Child Care Alliance (TFCCA) works to build diversity within the child care community while promoting high-quality care, peer mentoring, training and professional development as well as promoting the involvement of parents and the community into the education of young children. Members of the TFCCA are able to participate in local child care support groups as well as are provided with the opportunity to connect and network with the community and parented through education. Lastly, members become part of a peer network and partnership where all individuals are committed to providing quality education to all children.
